Exponential 09 – Darrin Patrick – Your Launch Team is Over-rated and Under-rated

Darrin Patrick taught that team is over-rated if you don’t have the proper motivation, if your gifts are not confirmed, if you are not qualified as an elder.  Team is Under0-rated.  You need to assess your team, test your team and keep your team.  This message was great for church planters who are building there launch team.  Many pearls of wisdom.
