Friday Church Planting Resource: Church Community Builder

I remember in the no so distance past when my home church tracked attendance and prayer requests with pew books.  How the times have changed.  Today churches manage their communications and databases in much more sophisticated ways.  My favorite tool on the market is Church Community Builder.  It has all the bells and whistles like online giving, social networking integration, children’s check-in and the ability to handle multiple campuses.  I really appreciate that they value church planting.  If you are a church plant, ask them about the discount they provide.

Earlier this Fall, CCB released a free ebook called “Getting Discipleship Making Right.”  It shows their heart is about helping churches make disciples of Christ.  In seven chapters, this free ebook unpacks how to build a system to inform and validate decisions, define and measure engagement, leverage data to discover members, track human interaction, capture evidence of cultivation, uncover historical data and evaluate results to justify personnel and programs.
